Formed from the ashes of the defunct Wax Trax Records, WTII Records, LLC. began operation in the spring of 2001. Over the years the label has been home to a plethora of artists that vary in sound and style. With releases from artists like Stromkern, Beborn Beton, In Strict Confidence, HMB, Regenerator, PTI, The Qualia, The Thought Criminals, , State of the Union, Trigger 10d, Dessau, La Floa Maldi...ta and cut.rate.box, WTII has been pushing the electronic spectrum to new limits.
The domestic re-issue of Stromkern's second album, 'Dammerung im Traum'. Previously only available in Europe, this musical masterpiece was originally released in 1999. 'Dammerung im Traum' features the club hit "Im Traum" which earned Stromkern well garnered attention and to this day is still one of the most-played Stromkern songs. Stromkern blends hip-hop into danceable industrial/EBM, creating a unique industrial hip-hop sound.
