Muffler delivers the goods with this incredible 4-track dubstep masterpiece combining a science fiction concept tied together with his unique cinematic production style. The EP starts off with "Cybertron", an epic Transformers themed track with a huge soundtrack intro, booming narration and a grinding drop that will test the limits of any soundsystem. Next is "Machines" which combines industrial strength techno influenced dubstep with pounding 909 kicks and robotic percussion. Then it is the metal-vibe influenced "Heavy" which was featured on Dieselboy's "Unleashed" mix - churning guitar like bass riffs over a cracking break. Serious mosh pit music! Finally the EP comes to a close with "Megatronik" which is a collaboration with fellow Subhuman producer Bare. This track has been hammered for months by some of the scene's biggest djs - pure Transformers influences with tons of great switches, crazy bionic bass flips and insane over-the-top sound design. The "Battle For Cybertron EP" is 4 absolute killer tracks that showcase just how amazing this Helsinki-based producer is. Essential.
