lvl is a solo act out of New York, pushing the limits of genre with his unique fusion of rock and electronic music.
lvl's work has been used for: The Butterfly Effect, MTV- Rock and Jock Basketball 2002's theme, Broadway's WWE Raw venue, and various other television shows and film beds.
Flaming Fish Music deals with a variety of genres, from light-hearted synth-pop to gloomy goth. Our specialty is actually industrial and EBM, but we're also involved in electronica, ambient, experimental/noise, and all the crossovers and subgenres associated with all of that. Lyrically, Flaming Fish is dedicated to providing exposure to those bands who deal with positive or issue-oriented topics in their music. We figure there are enough negative and nihilistic bands out there and that there's plently of room for a different perspective.
lvl's debut album, featuring the "She" Trilogy, "Best Way Out," "Caught Sick" & more. lvl's songwriting deftly transitions from hard-hitting industrial metal to haunting synthpop and back again, with sparse utilization of sampling and a compelling lyrical depth.
