RIOT 87 consists of composer, producer, remixer and DJ Darko Andric (born 1987) and guitarist Igor Despotovic (born 1987), both from Kragujevac, Serbia. RIOT 87's sound is a mixture of a lot of genres: full-on, break beat, techno, hard dance, rock, rave, punk, hardcore, and even hip hop. Intent on developing their musical and production skills, Darko and Igor didn't want to limit themselves only to psytrance music and become just "another average full-on project" in the scene. Mixing Darko's electronic side with Igor's rock and punk side, RIOT 87 music can be described as hard dancefloor rock & rave music, full of surprises, with twisted crossovers and breaks, explicit rap samples, heart stomping leads, guitar riffs and vocals - all elements which are necessary in today's music production. In 2008 the band joined forces with Hollywood trance label On The Move Music. In 2009 the band is scheduled to release a handful of EPs and singles for compilations on various labels. The band is open for remix requests and bookings in any part of the world.
  
Career Defining Moment:
My career hasn't even started yet… But there have been a few nice moments so far: my track released on FiXT remix compilation; RIOT 87 at #1 place on electronic/dance Reverbnation global chart, and when I get every day mails and comments from people from all around world who like and support my music.

Dream Project:
There are few things that I would like to happen: to perform live on stage with Celldweller; to make one official remix album for some major label; to be supporting act for The Prodigy, Pendulum or Celldweller on their tours… If someone from the "wish list" read this I am warning you: if nothing of this happens in next few years I'm going to become porn actor in Italy.
