Pulsedaemon is my (Edgar) ongoing musical experiment. Having played guitar through college, I became frustrated with the lack of local musicians willing to play something other than pop-rock. So I began to dabble with Propellerhead Software's Rebirth RB-338 - I found that electronic music gave me the power to overcome the constraints of traditional musical instruments and orchestrations.
As I met the need for greater musical flexibility, I began to use Propellerhead's Reason. When I heard about the Switchback remix contests at Fixt, pulsedaemon began to solidify into a serious musical endeavor. I'm currently working on another Celldweller remix, and original music including a classically-oriented side-project.
Studio:

Career Defining Moment: Can't say I've had one yet … check back later.
Inspired by: The musically original/extreme - from John Cage's 4’33” to Merzbow; surreal art; and, as much as I hate to admit it, a catchy melodic hook regardless of musical genre or context.
Currently Listening To: Crystal Castles - Crystal Castles Genghis Tron - Dead Mountain Mouth …and Oceans - The Dynamic Gallery Of Thoughts
Collaboration Wish List: Richard Wagner, an epic/symphonic black metal band, Discordance Axis
Dream Project: Building a decent in-home audio workshop/studio (considering how ghetto my current setup is), collaborating with some of the great musicians here in a live environment.
Final Word: Please keep supporting underground music! For anyone that's heard my mixes, thanks for your time and ears - God willing I'll get some original songs actually completed!
