Skullduggery is the work of Jayme Bass. Started at 15 years old, and lasting until his age now (20) and beyond, it has been a progression of events told through music and the projects name defines the culmination of most of his life. He resides (for now) in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Career Defining Moment: Probably releasing this CD, and meeting Chris Cozort, that'd be the two.
Inspired by: Absenteeism, lethargy, or rather lack of lust for life. I mean I enjoy living, I'm just not comfortable with it. Other than that, life experience. As far as people go? Thom Yorke, Mike Patton, Conor Oberst (a WORDSMITH.), Aaron of Venetian Snares is pretty inspiring.
Currently Listening To: A good variety, everything from old Skinny Puppy, to Bright Eyes, to Tomahawk, to Radiohead and Stevie Ray Vaughan, CHRIST I love the blues.
Collaboration Wish List: Probably either Mike Patton or Skinny Puppy, I really wish Skinny Puppy could go back to their old sound, but I realize everything has to evolve at one point in time, a prime example: Mike Patton. The guy's a lunatic, but musically a genius, and a lunatic.
Dream Project: A device to automatically kill every Disney Star ever made. Or alternatively, and, more realistically a project involving Mike Patton, Danny Lohner, Ohgr, and interestingly enough, toy instruments, or not, either way, THAT would be some fantastic material.
Final Word: If you decide to make music for a living, you better be pre-prepared with a life filled with disappointment, depravity, deceit, and hurt. Because nine times out of ten, all of that hardship and letdown will be a driving inspiration in your work, and much like an annual flower during winter, when brighter, warmer days come on you it'll flourish and thrive. (But only for a little while. Don't wear yourselves out, or spread yourselves too thin.)
But enough with the inspiration philosophy BS! Be kind to each other. And buy my fantastic blood, sweat, and other fluid soaked album before I decapitate you and your family!
