1.0 - Merchandise Issues & Policies
FiXT will honor returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the date we ship the items.
1.a - Sizes Sizing Guides are available for most apparel items in the store.

1.b - Exchanges Send the items you would like to exchange back to us along with the original invoice/packing slip. You may want to make a copy of this invoice for your records. Be sure to include a printed letter with your phone number, a brief summary as to why you are exchanging the merchandise (ex: too big, etc..). Exchanges will be subject to additional shipping charges. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We will not accept merchandise that has been washed or worn.
1.c - Returns You must contact us via e-mail before sending in a return. As long as the items are in their original condition and returned within 30 days, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. (we do not refund shipping charges). Please include your order number in your email.
1.d - Damaged / Defective Merchandise Please contact us via email if you notice a problem with your merchandise or if you feel there might have been a shipping error. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to correct the problem.
1.e - Back Orders Although we make efforts to avoid them, occasionally we run into situations where items become unavailable on back order. If the time period is judged to be too long before the item will be back in-stock, we reserve the right to cancel the item and notify you. If we cancel an item off an order which contains additional items which are in-stock we will ship the available items and adjust your shipping charge accordingly.
1.f - Refunds Refunds are only available on physical merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Only the product price will be refunded (shipping charges are not refunded), minus a 10% restocking fee (unless the item was damaged or defective). Shipping costs for returned merchandise are at Customer's expense, unless merchandise is damaged or defective. NO refunds shall be given for digital downloads that have been succcessfully downloaded. If you accidentally purchase a digital project and have not downloaded it (we can track if you've downloaded your digital purchases), then a refund can be considered.

2.0 - Shipping Times & Policies Most 'in-stock' items ship within 1-3 business days. When items have been shipped you will receive a 'shipment status change' notice via e-mail. You can then log into your store account and see that your item has been shipped. If there was any Tracking Numbers associated with your shipment, they will be viewable from within your account.
The FiXT shipping warehouse located in the Midwest USA. Our store uses United States Postal Service real-time shipping calculation and allows you to choose the type of shipping method you prefer (ie - media mail, first class, priority mail, etc...) Shipping times vary according the ship method you select. FiXT is not responsible for items lost in the mail or mishandled by the US Postal Service.
2.a - Domestic Shipping Times USA domestic deliveries typically take 2-7 business days to arrive depending on your location and the delivery method you selected at checkout. (ie - media mail, first class, priority mail, etc...)
2.b - International Shipping Times For international orders, most in-stock items ship within 1 week and usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Please be careful to put the exact delivery address on the ship to information in order to avoid delays in delivery. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your order reaches your country. FiXT is not responsible for taxes and customs charges, please check your local country's policies.
2.c - International Orders over $100 Due to security reasons, all international orders over $100 will be required to fax/scan a copy of their credit card or driver's license to confirm your order. You will be contacted via the e-mail address you submit your order under. If you refuse to provide the required information your order will be cancelled.

3.0 - My Account The FiXT Store now offers an account area for you to store billing/shipping information, frequently used credit cards, review your purhcase history, access your digital downloads and more.
3.a - Login Help / Password Recovery If you should have trouble logging into your account or lose/forget your account password, visit the password retrieval page to have it sent to the e-mail address your account is associated with. If you cannont remember the e-mail or password, please contact us via e-mail at "store (at) fixtstore.com".
3.b - Frequently Used Credit Cards Once you've created a FiXT Store account, you can store frequently used Credit Cards securly on file so that you can check-out from the store in a quick manner. You can set preferences for your Payment Options kept on file. When you make a purchase, you will be able to select from your stored cards on the checkout page and make quick checkout.
3.c - Purchase History Once you've created a FiXT Store account, you can access your Purchase History to review all previous transactions, where the order was shipped, what products were on each order and access the Digital Downloads associated with any order.
3.d - Downloading Digital Purchases After making a purchase you will be given a download password associated with all the products purchased on that order. This download password link will be included in your order e-mail order confirmation notice, plus you can access it from your Purchase History page within your account. All digital downloads are compressed in .ZIP archive files. You will need to unarchive the .zip file in order to access the downloads. Depending on your Operating System, you may see the words "unzip," "uncompress," or "extract" when opening the zip file.

4.0 - Payment Options The FiXT Store now accepts more payment options, including all major credit cards, Paypal, Gift Cards & Coupons as well as Money Order or Ceck via Mail Order. All online orders are processed though PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay via Credit Card. You will receive an e-mail notification from FiXT after each order, confirming your order details. You can also review your order within your Account.
4.a - Credit Cards The FiXT Store accepts all Major Credit Cards.
   
4.b - PayPal The FiXT Store proudly accepts PayPal and offers Express Checkout for existing PayPal Account users paying with PayPal. If paying via PayPal you will temporarily leave the FiXT Store checkout page and be taken to a PayPal page to complete your transaction. Once completed you will be returned to the FiXt Store.
4.c - Gift Cards The FiXT Store now has Gift Cards available for purchase in the following denominations: $10, $25, $50, $100 & $250. If you have received a Gift Card you can use it as cash within our store, with the remaining balance being retained on the card. Simply used the Gift Certificate ID Number in the Coupon Code field on the Checkout Page.
4.d - Coupons The FiXT Store will offer coupons from time to time, ranging from % off an order, free shipping on an order to a dollar amount discount. Use the Couon Code in the Coupon Code field on the Checkout Page to receive the Discount/Savings.
4.e - Mail Order - Money Order / Check The FiXT Store will accept US Domestic Money Orders & Checks made payable to FiXT upon request. Contact us via e-mail to receive further instructions to make a Mail Order purchase. Conact us at "store (at) fixtstore.com".

5.0 - Indie Store The Indie Store is a distribution area for 3rd party clients, artists & labels to carry merchandise in the FiXT Store. Wether signed to another lable, an indie artist or an upcoming remixer from the FiXT Remix contest, the Indie Store is a place to discover new and edgy music from around the globe, brought together by FiXT.
5.a - How Do I Join The Indie Store? FiXT is only taking select material for the Indie Store. You can create an account and submit music for us to review and consider carrying by visiting the beta version of our Indie Store Account Area. When you create an account, you will be able to review our distribution agreement & terms, including sales splits and methos of receiving royalties & accounting statements. 6.0 - Digital Art Store The Digital Art Store is a new area on the FiXT Store that features artwork for digital download. Think of it as the same as downloading an MP3 digital download from a music artist. Just as you would download a song and put it on a burned CD or a portable digital device, you can download hi-res images and print them out or add to a personal device. The hi-res digital artwork downloads comes in a variety of pre-selected sizes inside a Zip file, including a full size 300DPI version and several popular desktop & wallpaper sizes at 72DPI. The images are ready to be set as your desktop, cellphone wallpaper, put on your Ipod, digial photo-frame, Apple TV or printed on photo paper and framed on your wall. The images are for personal use only. Not to be used for an public website, business or CD Cover. For use on personal devices or printed for personal use only.
6.a - What Can I Do With The Art I Purchase from the Art Store? You can put the images on any personal electronic device, such as cellphones, iPods, Apple TV, Computer Desktop/Wallpaper images, etc... You can also print the images on photo paper and frame them on your wall. For personal use only.
6.b - How Do I Join The Digital Art Store? If you are a visual artist and have been wondering why musician's are the only ones taking advantage of 'digital download stores,' then the FiXT Digital Art Store is for you. Contact us at "store (at) fixtstore.com" to submit yourself as an artist for our store. Have examples of work ready or linked in the e-mail. Information regarding royalties and accounting is available upon request.

7.0 - FiXT FiXT is owned and operated by Klayton of Celldweller. FiXT is an entrepreneurial venture born from Klayton’s desire to create a network of independent artists and act as a vehicle to bring them together releasing music, clothing and visual art. FiXT is bringing together artist collaborations on a global scale, creative remix competitions, film/tv/video game placements and other unique production opportunities that are empowering independent artists to break away from the traditional archaic record-deal scenario. As a budding online presence, FiXT is cultivating an atmosphere conducive to any artist's need for expression, with equal focus on setting up proper business foundations for competitive market placement.
7.a - Music Label The FiXT Music Record Label has a roster of electronic-based artsits, including Celldweller, Atlas Plug, Blue Stahli, lvl, Subkulture, Squarehead and more. The Music division of FiXT also includes a growing network for Production Music aritsts creating music for Film/TV/Video Game Licensing.
7.b - Remix Competition FiXT operates an online remix competition at FiXTremix.com, featuring a growing list of young & talented remixers, producers, artists and fans. The concept originally began as the Celldweller Remix Competition in 2006, which in itself was an evolution of a Celldweller Remix contest at MP3.COM back in 2000-20001. The competition continues to evolve and promises to be an area of interest for any FiXT followers, showcasing up and coming talent, and serving as a means for artists to establish a name within the community and develop their talents. Many of the remix competition participants have gone on to join the FiXT Indie Store and become involved in other areas of FiXT.
7.c - Online Community FiXT is growing an online community of fans, artists, remixers, producers, companies, advertisers and more through FiXTonline.com, FiXTremix.com & FiXTstore.com. FiXT is currently preparing a larger community site at FiXTonline.com for launch in 2009. Stay tuned!
7.d - Online Store The FiXT Online Store is the place to purchase all FiXT merchandise, gear, music and downloads, including items from the FiXT Music Record Label Artists and many Indie Store artists, as well as a Visual Artists. Visit the store weekly for new products and merchandise.
