• ONLY songs marked with a check in the store are cleared for use. We cannot authorize the use of all the content we carry in the store - only what is marked! The use of any artist's material not marked on the list is at your own risk and FiXT cannot be held liable for your actions.

Podcast use must include a verbal mention:
"Name of Song by Name of Artist. Visit www.fixtstore.com/artistname for more info"

YouTube Video use must contain on-screen and in-description credit in the following format:
"Name of Song"
"Name of Artist"
"www.fixtstore.com/artistname"
"www.youtube.com/fixtmusic

Podsafe does not mean copyright free. Podsafe means you have permission to use the artist's copyright material as long as you meet the requirements. The artists and respective labels involved in the FiXT Podsafe program own their material and are allowing you to use it on faith that you'll keep your end of the bargain. Failure to do so can result in copyright infringement reported videos.
